The Maison Pierre Marcolini store, Belgian master chocolatier, in the heart of Dusseldorf. Discover our artisanal chocolates, our macarons, and in the warmer seasons, indulge in our delicious vegan ice creams and sorbets. A pioneer of the Bean-to-Bar movement since 2001, Pierre Marcolini is one of the few chocolatiers who makes chocolate from bean to bar in the Maison’s Brussels workshop, using cacao beans from native trees sourced from small plantations dedicated to preserving biodiversity.
