Born and raised on Oahu, Lance spent his childhood days playing in his grandpa’s garage- learning how to build model rockets, electrical circuits, fix cars, and do simple carpentry projects. Being the handyman that he grew up to be, it was always Lance’s dream to own a small business in the industry, especially one that enabled him to leverage his skills to help others with their home or commercial improvement projects. A registered Engineer and Leadership in Energy Efficiency and Design (LEED) Accredited Professional by trade, Lance is pursuing his true passions at Paradise Flooring!

Trisha was also born and raised on Oahu. In contrast to Lance, she spent her childhood days playing store and taking motherly care of her younger brother. In the 3rd grade, Trisha clearly remembers a mini society project, where she and her classmates created and operated their own businesses. From that moment, she was inspired to pursue a career in retail. Today Trisha is a retail professional by day and full-time mommy to Maile and Chase on nights and weekends!
