WULA BUHUAN is modern interpretation of classic Sichuan dishes and its insistence on only using high quality fresh ingredients.

The real Sichuan cuisine is more than just “spicy”. We use more than 20 different seasonings to create “each dish is unique, they all taste different.”

Chef Wu has 33 years cooking experience. He offers a taste of the bold flavors, defined by the use of fennel, cumin, peppercorns and many more. They smell full of fragrance, stimulating your taste buds.
