Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer, the gourmet burger joint from the US founded by Chris Barish and Julie Mulligan, has officially made its UK debut at Westfield Stratford City. Founded in New York City's SoHo neighbourhood in 2015 and since expanding globally, Black Tap is best known for its award-winning burgers and iconic CrazyShake® milkshakes. The 100-seat restaurant in Stratford features vibrant street art and the brand's signature striped monochrome floors, offering a menu of craft burgers, including the ½ pound wagyu "Champ" and innovative UK specials, alongside legendary snacks and sides like fried pickles, fried mozzarella, and Korean BBQ wings. Guests can indulge in CrazyShakes® like The New Yorker and a nostalgic Jammie Dodger, and enjoy craft beers and a hip-hop soundtrack.
