I felt took advantage of. Bought some items from a state sale with the intent to pick them up next morning. Went items difficult to take out. After several attempts and injuries asked for refund it was denied asked for exchange denied. Not sure how it’s not like inventory on a store. Advise the lady with blonde curly hair the owner got 60 bucks out of luck after leaving. My husband stays and says he’s gonna get someone to come and take out the doors and assemble. I returned back with my brother with tools to my surprise one of the items I purchased and no longer there. The other one that was available was increased in price, of course and then the lady with blonde curly hair said she didn’t hear my husband when he said that. Then she’s telling me that I’m yelling when I clearly have not yelled. Talking about I’m not gonna argue with you, but she clearly had things to say before dating that. I think she was just trying. To make me look bad because there was other people there, but in reality she is the one that look bad. She was not even willing to bend window. Those items didn’t even leave the house and do an exchange. I felt like I was taking advantage of. of I work hard for my money. I understand no refund but really exchanges. How does that matter? If it’s not inventory you’re not in a retail store. I may have come a little strong because I was upset that I’m losing $60 but this is no way to treat people and have good customer service report empathy for people’s money. Truly an unpleasant experience.
