Viewing food as an artform, Food Network ‘Chopped’ Champion Chef Cory Oppold and the culinary team take you on a food journey of both your taste and visual senses, using seasonality of products and a progression of flavor.

COURSE offers an 8-course Chef tasting menu Friday and Saturday and a 5-course ‘choice of’ menu on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. A special menu series called, of • COURSE, is offered as "experiences" with limited reservation availability. Please contact us for large group dining and private events

David Sanders leads the beverage program which offers a wine pairing, sophisticated drinks incorporating foods used in the kitchen, as well as an extensive wine bottle list.
