Beschreibung

Narely is a NYS Licensed Social Worker that works with children, families and young adults on improving their wellbeing and personal development. She graduated from The College of Saint Rose with her Masters Degree in Social Work and believes that everyone deserves a fresh start and a helping hand. ? In the past six years she has worked providing direct social work services including individual and group therapy, assessments, case management and care coordination. She has also worked providing administrative services by establishing a school social work program for elementary, middle and high school students and supporting many New York State Medicaid initiatives. Narely's experience gave her a deep appreciation for program development and she established Capital District Care Group to provide quality services, work-life balance for providers and give back to the community.
